Corporate and Worksite Wellness
Worksite Wellness focuses on establishing and maintaining a healthy environment in the workplace, 学校, 和社区, as well as working with health systems to reduce complications from many chronic diseases. 在工作场所健康, you will promote and encourage employees to lead a healthy lifestyle through programming including but not limited to smoking cessation, 生物放映, 压力管理, 减肥, 健康/安全回来, 还有健身课程. Many programs include incentives and rewards as employees work towards healthier choices, and successful worksite wellness programs show more productive employees, higher employee satisfaction, and lower absenteeism due to illness.
In the Corporate and Worksite Wellness certificate program, you will take core courses in physiology, 生物力学, diagnostic testing and exercise prescription / worksite wellness programs. - Background in basic and applied health sciences
- Minimum overall undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 (B)
- 运动科学 Supplemental Application form which includes a goal statement
- Two Recommendation for 研究生 Admission forms from academics familiar with the student’s abilities (preferred) or from employment supervisors
- International Applicants - GRE exam
- Suitable work experience in the field of exercise science strongly recommended

Admission Terms and Application Deadlines
Before an applicant’s file can be reviewed for full program admission, all application documents must be received in 研究生 Study and Lifelong Learning by the semester deadlines listed below.
- July 15 for fall semester
- November 15 for winter semester
- March 15 for summer semester
- International applicants: May 1 for fall, September 1 for winter, January 1 for summer
Incomplete applications will not be sent to departments for admission review.
